My name is Barry Allen. And I am the fastest man alive. To the outside world I am an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly with the help of my friends at S.T.A.R. Labs I fight crime and find other metahumans like me. I hunted down the man who killed my mother, but in doing so I opened up our world to new threats, and I am the only one fast enough to stop them. I am the Flash.

This Season , Flash was crazy and weird in a good way . All the stars and people behind camera nailed it !! 

1. Zoom

Season 2's big bad , Zoom ( played by Teddy Sears and voiced by Tony Todd) was EPIC and absolutely freaking SCARING.

2.The REAL Jay Garrick

We had to  wait literally the whole season to find out the Man behind the Iron Mask .Turns out it's the REAL Jay Garrick from Earth 3 ....And its totally worth the wait  !!

3.Second particle accelerator

This season saw a lot of reference to Flashpoint .
Whether it was second particle accelerator or the lighting !!

4.Earth 2

Earth 2 Barry was a absolute dork .It was different seeing another earth .

5. Killer Frost

6. Vibe (or Revibe in Earth 2)

He's more like an equal to the Flash .

7. Speed force

Unlike the comics , the writers have given the speed force conscience. It happened to be the best therapist for Barry to overcome the pain of his mother's death and move on from her death . 
All was fine until his dad's brutal death by Zoom .

8. Runaway Dinosaur

Barry interaction with the Speedforce personified as his mother was heartbreaking and had me in tears literally .

Once there was a little dinosaur called a myosaur who lived with his mother.

One day, he told his mother, "I wish I was special like the other dinosaurs."

"If I were a T-rex, I could chomp with my ferocious teeth."

Barry: [continuing the story from memory]

"But if you were a T-rex," said his mother, "how would you hug me with your tiny little arms?"

"I wish I were an Apatosaurus," said the little dinosaur, "so with my long neck, I could see high above the treetops."

"But if you were an Apatosaurus," said his mother, "how would you hear me in the treetops when I told you 'I love you'?"

"What makes you so special, little myosaur," said his mother, "isn't your ferocious teeth, or long neck, or pointy beak."

"What makes you special is out of all of the different dinosaurs in the big wide world, you have the mother who is just right for you. And who will always -- "

Barry and Nora: [together] "-- love you."

9. Henry's Allen's death 

It was totally unexpected and heartbreaking.

10.Black Siren

Seeing Katie Cassidy on the screen again had me in mixed feelings  . What had me  was the thought that we could have had this version of Black Siren in Arrow the whole time . The total Badass !!

11. Flashpoint Paradox

Barry couldnt bear the pain of losing both  his  parents and runs back in time .He saves his mother and totally upsetting the time continuum
